Sunday: 7:30pm till 9:30pm (Mixed Class)
Tuesday: 5:30pm till 7:00pm (White Belts) Open mat - wrestling for students already enroled in BJJ who understand fundamentals.
Wednesday: 8:30pm till 9:30 (Mixed Class)
Thursday: 5:30pm till 7:00pm (Blue Belts & Above) Open mat - wrestling for students ranked Blue belt and Above.
